Talk to us
Tell us what you are working on.
A scope, a brief, or a store that already exists. If you would rather talk it through, book a call and we will.
Book a call
Thirty minutes, no deck.
Bring the store and the thing that is slowing it down. If it turns out we are the wrong firm for it, we will say so on the call.
Common questions
The questions we are asked most.
- How does an engagement usually start?
- With an audit rather than a proposal. We look at the existing stack, the data model and the integrations, and come back with a costed roadmap. That work stands on its own, so if you take it elsewhere you still have something worth having.
- Do you work with agencies as well as brands?
- Both, in roughly equal measure. Some of the work we are proudest of carries someone else's name, credit is agreed at the start of an engagement, and the arrangement is yours to set.
- Where is the team?
- Four locations on three continents: the United States, Canada, Armenia and India. Your project manager and your commercial contact stay in North American hours, and the build carries on after your day ends.
- What platforms do you build on?
- Shopify and Shopify Plus for commerce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data 360 for CRM, and Cloudflare, AWS, Google Cloud or Azure for anything that has to run as a service. We work in whatever stack is already in place.
- Do you handle fulfillment?
- No. We integrate with whoever fulfills, across third party logistics, warehouses and carriers, and we build the order routing and allocation that decides where each order goes. We do not fulfill, and we would be a poor choice for it.
- Who owns the code afterwards?
- You do. Conventional, documented code your own team can pick up, with no proprietary layer and no dependency on us once the work is done. Continuing with us should be a decision rather than a requirement.
- How long does a build take?
- It depends on the catalog, the integrations and how much of the data model has to change on the way. The audit answers this precisely before anything is committed, which is most of the reason it comes first.
- What do you need from us to quote?
- Read access to the store, whatever brief or scope already exists, and the list of systems it has to talk to. If an ERP, a WMS or a subscription platform is in the picture, naming it early is usually what decides the shape of the estimate.
