A launch wired to third-party warehousing with subscription and bundle logic behind it, without giving up page speed. It became a long-term retainer and a second engagement.

Customers design their packaging in the browser and watch it render as they go, priced live against a carrier rate service with its own shipping rules and failover. Native invoicing and merchant feeds sit behind it.

Watersports

Premium eFoils, a high-consideration and highly configurable product, where the storefront has to carry the same engineering credibility as the hardware.

Migration: Moved off WordPress onto Shopify, with the storefront rebuilt around the product architecture the catalog actually needed.
Multi-region: One storefront grown into a multi-region, multi-site setup, with catalog, pricing and shipping rules resolved per market from a single operational core.
Evolution: Successive rounds of variant, UX and catalog restructuring as the range expanded, keeping a complex configurable product buyable as it changed.

Wine & spirits

A large-catalog retail operation across eight Florida stores, where the storefront has to reflect what is physically on the shelf.

Inventory: On-hand, reserved, in-transit and available-to-promise tracked per warehouse, dark store and outlet, with real-time reservation at checkout and inter-store transfers.
Pickup: Checkout splits into delivery or store pickup, with addresses validated against serviceable zones and pickup stores ranked by distance, filtered to those holding the entire cart.
Routing: An allocation engine routes each order on stock, proximity, capacity and cost, splitting it across locations when no single store can serve the whole cart.

A non-profit online radio station. We build and maintain their web, CRM and mobile surfaces.

Membership: A free-trial flow feeding member acquisition, with auto-renewing plans and one-time donations for listeners who do not want a subscription.
Reporting: Royalty reporting rebuilt to meet Performance Rights Organization requirements, so payouts are tracked accurately and defensibly.
Playback: Chromecast and AirPlay for TVs and audio systems, plus Android Auto and CarPlay, so the station follows the listener.
