How Lideum is put together.
Lideum builds commerce systems: the storefront, the order operations behind it, and the CRM on top. It works directly with brands, from mid-market to global, and behind the agencies that bring it onto their own projects.
The people who founded Lideum have been building and running commerce systems for most of their careers.
Much of that was inside large retail and technology organizations, on three continents, where a change to checkout passed through several teams, a security review and a release calendar. That work carries other companies' names and stays with them. What Lideum has built under its own is in the case studies.
Four things that hold on every engagement.
Senior all the way down
The people who scope a project are the people who build it, and the same team stays on after launch. Work is not won by one group and passed to another, and there is no bench being trained on your budget.
Discretion
Some of the work we are proudest of carries someone else's name. Credit is agreed at the start of an engagement, and not every engagement is one we can name.
Built to be handed over
Conventional, documented code your own team can own. No proprietary layer, and no dependency on us once the work is done.
The day does not end
Delivery runs from four locations, so the work carries on after yours stops. Your project manager and your commercial contact stay in North American hours.
Lideum fits where commerce is an engineering problem.
Complex catalogs, real inventory constraints, and systems that have to stay in sync. Greenfield builds and stores that have been running for years, both. The scope is written out.
